Spend an Afternoon with History at the Tubac Historical Society!
Tubac has centuries of stories to tell—from its Indigenous roots and Spanish and Mexican history to mining, ranching, art, and the people and events that helped shape the community we know today.
Afternoon with History is a free, informal gathering where you can spend an hour exploring some of those stories with The Tubac Historical Society. Topics will vary throughout the season and may highlight local people, historic events, photographs, artifacts, places, and stories from Tubac and the surrounding region.
Come for one afternoon or join us throughout the season. Bring your own refreshment, enjoy the conversation, and discover something new about Tubac’s past.
